Went there this past Friday night with a female friend to catch up and enjoy a meal. The first thing you notice is the "relaxed" atmosphere when you enter. (Great start to a really positive dinner experience.) We had some tasty pork pot stickers, miso soup and hot saki to begin our feast. This was all outstanding. We then moved on to freshly made chicken and shrimp pad thai. (Excellent flavor and just the right amount of heat to it.) We then shared an Anaconda sushi roll, which was fresh and fairly large. We finished with multiple servings of mochi ice cream. ( We chose red bean, strawberry, and green tea. ) The service was "spot on" and the bill did not make me cringe too much. Will definitely be back for Happy Hour and/or when they have live music. (We were told usually on Sat nights.) Cool place!

I am always amazed that the restaurant is not more full during happy hour. The service is very friendly and prompt- we usually have the same waitress who is very kind and attentive, always with a smile on her face. The sushi is good, but the pad thai is delicious. They also carry local beers, which is so nice to have outside so close to the ocean. The decor is clean with a lot of surfing pictures -definitely a testament to how supportive the restaurant is to the locale. Sushi Jo happy hour is definitely a great low key date night - and they're dog friendly too!

Stopped for lunch after visiting the Marine life Center, probably one of the best sushi restaurants I've eaten at. The service was friendly and prompt. The food was awesome, everything was prepared perfectly. The presentation of the food was impressive, way more than we expected for lunch.

We decided to go here after going to the dog beach, we had our dog with us and they had covered outside seating and fans. We were so welcomed; they even brought ice water for our dog in a dog bowl! The food was amazing and the price was very reasonable. We are vegetarians and there were lots of great choices. The spring roll is complimentary and they have specials with soup AND salad. The miso soup was very tasty. The server (Panita) was extremely professional and acted like we were the most important people in the world. We had the vegetable stir fry with tofu - delicious and large portion for lunch special price. The vegetable roll was also great. This is going to be our routine now after dog beach.

Wow. Don't miss. Spicy octopus salad is crazy. The sushi chef is killer. Great. Fresh. Filling. Nice portions. Nice price. All good. Can't miss.

This is a 4+ rating review. My wife and I went over for Sushi tonight with a $40 for $20 Living Social certificate for dinner. We ordered sushi/sushimi combination dinner with salad, spicy tuna tartar, extra salad, and a few orders of scallops sushi, plus tea and water and water with gas. In general, all the food was very good rating 4 (only because we've eaten in many of the best sushi restaurants in this country, Asia and others which we've hit 5's so this wasn't that but still very good!) The reason, however why the rating is above a 4 is because of the service. The waiters and waitresses are seriously concerned about your meal, asking if and if so, correcting issues, courteous, and professional. There was a live band setting up to play tonight about 8PM but we were just leaving. We hope to go again.

Food was delicious. Ambience was mediocre. Service was good. For a sushi restaurant, I felt it was a bit pricier than most I have been too, however, everything we ate was delicious and beautifully presented. We ordered some chilled Oka sake to start. We ordered a Spicy Tuna Roll as well as the Rock n' Roll roll, which was delicious. The tuna inside the tuna roll was pureed. Lastly, ordered the Resort roll which was with Escolar. Upon entering the restaurant my first impression the decor simple clean. After sitting down, we realized there was no music. Apparently, it kept shutting off, as we asked several times for it to be turned back on because it was so quiet. It did resolved remained on. Very nice, quiet, date night restaurant.

Great lunch with our kids before the loggerhead turtle rescue tour across the street. Brandon was our server manager and he styled us out with sushi boxes for the kids ($10) and a great salad with mixed raw fish for the wife. The Masumi sake made by konzukuri was fantastic

Nice place for lunch and sushi. Everything is fresh, salads here always surprise me, because they are nicely presented and colorful in true Japanese style, often including the edible orchid. Only drawback is how uncomfortable the outdoor dining chairs are, but the food and service is worth it.

I've been here a couple of times. A couple when it was on PGA and a couple of times in JuNo. The sushi is ok. Nothing to write home about. Been struggling to find a good sushi place since I moved to fl four years ago.

Miso soup, excellent! Had triple crown as appetizer. Shared with my dinner date. Outstanding quality roll. Main course had the pad Thai with chicken and shrimp. Shrimp were huge and the entire dish and presentation first class. I highly recommend them for superb sushi AND excellent Thai food! Richard

Nice atmosphere, but way way way way too expensive. The most expensive sushi I've had in the states, and unfortunately you don't get what you pay for!IService was very slow aswell. Its a shame as seems like it could be a great place.

BF found JO's latest little gem on our trip to SFL. Damn! how I've missed eating here...It is way more laid back than the other locations, which is perfect. Uni is so fresh; Wahoo Tataki was delicious. We seem to drink a lot of our dinner when JO's at the realm..but then, that's kind of the idea ;)

I went here with my mom and teen kids and we agreed it was a great place all around. Yummy fresh sushi, friendly service and nice atmosphere. Wide selection of items, sushi, traditional Japanese as well as Thai. Nice choices of beer, wine and sake too. Steamed pork dumplings, seaweed salad, miso soup, - all delicious. Sushi rolls were creative and yummy. Would gladly return!!

Great place for lunch, my first time at new location and cheap lunch specials, Thai and Sushi. I tried chicken spicy broccoli stir fry ($7.95) which came with choice of Miso soup or salad with ginger dressing which I had. Greens fresh and crisp but dressing bland to my taste. Fried spring roll also thrown in which was typical. I tried the Tom Yum soup which was excellent and served Thai hot upon my request. Overall great food and service, pleasant outdoor seating accompanies nice interior which I'll try next time. This is another great little jewel tucked back off US 1 in Loggerhead Plaza just north of Donald Ross that Thai and Japanese afficionados should give a try. Sushi Jo is new to Juno Beach, but had the best sushi at West Palm store in past. Chef actually came out on my second day return for lunch and made me saltier and higher ginger content dressing to my liking, NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE, I'll be back.

Very overpriced for what you get. I'm a vegan (well why would you go to a sushi place you may ask) well usually sushi places have a good variety of rolls and other vegan, usually tofu options. Here, not so much. Had a few rolls of the vegan variety, which were lackluster at best. You can't just roll up some rice and veggies and expect it to be good. Put some thought into it, add some sauce, spice, whatever, but this was a fail. Wayyyyyy too expensive.

To be honest, I did not eat here. I intended to, but, as I was being seated at the sushi bar, the sushi chef, who was not an Asian of any kind, was in a verbal battle w the waitress. I looked over the fish -- not impressed, looked kinda dried out. The table had sticky spots on it. I decided not to waste a meal.

New Sushi Jo restaurant. Every location has a different style but the food is always exceptional. Their spicy tuna dishes are amazing!

What used to by my favorite restaurant has turned into sushi from hell. I have been to sushi Jo about 6 times since they moved from midtown in PGA to loggerhead and each experience has been more horrendous than the last. I genuinely wanted to love them since I had enjoyed their food so much at midtown that I kept trying and really should have stopped. This past take out experience ended with them putting masago in all the rolls I ordered even though they confirmed that I explicitly said no masago. They left out 1 roll entirely and our order or pork shumai. When I called to let them know, the woman who answered the phone argued with me about whether or not the rolls had masago and asked me to come back and show her. So rude for her to expect me to drive 20 minutes back to prove that they screwed up! The quality of the fish has become disgusting and the spicy tuna rolls look like they mashed it up in a blender before rolling it. So horribly disgusted.
